How CRR Started
CRR Construction started with one man, Ivan, who came to the United States with a background in construction and a drive to build something of his own. He began as a laborer, working directly with hotel owners and investors on renovation projects. Over time, he built a small crew, then a full team, and eventually grew CRR into the nationwide hospitality renovation contractor it is today.
From the beginning, Ivan’s experience doing the work himself shaped how the company operates. CRR understands hotel renovations from the ground up — the work, the timelines, the pressure owners feel when rooms are down, and the importance of keeping projects moving fast without cutting corners. That mindset is still at the core of the company.

Scope & Alignment
Every project starts the same way: with a clear scope. Whether the client only has a PIP or already has design and procurement teams in place, CRR steps in to define the path forward, help organize the team, and prepare a preliminary budget so expectations are aligned from day one.

Design Approvals
We work through design approvals, making sure every detail is confirmed and correctly documented.

Ordering & Logistics
We coordinate ordering, plan logistics, and prepare the project for opening day.

Renovation
Once work begins, our crews renovate, punch, and turn over rooms quickly and cleanly, keeping downtime as low as possible.
